TASTING NOTES: 

Juicy plums, rose petals and black cherries captivate the senses, leading to a bright and fresh palette, brimming with vibrant red fruit pastilles, sage, and gentle tannins.

WINEMAKING PRACTICES:

The composition of this wine comprises 56% Pinotage, 25% Pinot noir and 19% Cinsaut. Grapes were meticulously hand-harvested, 35 % retained as whole bunches and the rest destemmed followed by spontaneous fermentation process. After fermentation, the wine matured for 8 months in neutral oak barrels before the careful bottling phase.
