Cajun Spice

Cajun spice has it origins in the south of USA especially the Louisiana area where Acadian exiles settled during the 18th century.  It forms part of the famous Cajun cuisine tradition of the deep South. Cajun spice has a smoky, peppery garlicky taste that gives great flavor for barbecued or grilled meat, fish or chicken. It also works well with roasted vegetables, tofu and stir fries.
