Chinese 5-Spice

Chinese five spice powder is traditionally used in many Chinese based dishes and contains Szechuan pepper, cloves, star anise, fennel and cloves. This version also contains some ginger powder. Used widely in oriental dishes, stir fries or any chicken, pork, red meat and as traditionally with spareribs.
