Durban Curry

Durban Curry is a hot spicy South African traditional curry blend with its origins in the Durban Indian community.  It has overtones of fiery hot chili, paprika, cumin, cardamom amongst others.  It works very well with any oil-based curry made with meat, chicken or vegetables, especially mutton curry. Use in curries or on its own to make dishes such as roast chicken for wonderful flavor sensations.
